This collection of four lessons gives students skills for job hunting, preparing a resume, interviewing, and maintaining a job through strong work ethic. Lesson 1 demonstrates why a person should look for work, and builds effective job-hunting skills. Lesson 2 instructs students on writing a detailed and accurate resume, and Lesson 3 prepares students for job interviews with practice questions and interview tips. Lesson 4 helps students analyze different ethical behaviors in the workplace and recognize Christian values and characteristics. The lessons are 45 minutes long and are meant for an entire class, utilizing small group time as well. Each of the lessons includes a detailed lesson plan, lists of materials needed, and questions to help guide a constructive conversation.
