How to recruit resourceful teachers of curriculum implementation
I want to know how best one can recruit best teachers
Set guidelines should be followed by selecting panel of needed teacher during conducting an interview.
No man is an island.Also those who are not resourceful can be moulded in to being one.
The teacher level spiritual growth matters and needs to be considered before recruitment
He or She must be a born again and of good character,must be qualified and well trained and must be ready to work in a children ministry and must be ready to work with minimum supervision
Testing them on how they handle children when they are alone with them
Through taking them through a interview
To recruit a teacher to the FCP, we first need to consider the spiritual level of the teacher. Also, we look at the academic stability of the teacher, please, that's my opinion.
