By involving children in church activities and reminding parents that children are blessings from God.
Teaching them that a child is a special gift from God. So a gift must be well handled or taken care of or valued.
By letting the caregivers know that its their primary role to nature the children before other supporting bodies come in, a care giver will be informed that once a child is spoiled at home, chances for this to change are limited.
Then children is like a resting place for people including children, the church has a role in agitating for children rights in that community and also lobby necessary support for those unable children from either government and other supporters
