This document lists the three types of data quality checks and data validation that National Office Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists should use on a regular basis to assure the quality of data coming in from the program quality measure “reach the neediest.” It gives detailed instructions, as well as visual examples, of how to check the data through three different methods: 1) Routine visual data quality checks on PPI forms performed by the Frontline Church Partners, 2) Internal data quality checks by the M&E Specialist, and 3) PPI data validation using external data collectors.
